At this point, we can only accept requests for spare parts that have previously been manufactured. (We cannot be accepted for new patients) Stainless steel and beta-titanium wires are still available to order as usual. Regarding NiTi, these were not included in the production lineup at first due to Solventum’s policy. How to order
- Download the Incognite sparparts order form, and fill in the necessary information and instructions.
- Capture the completed order form and upload the file by selecting it in the [Orderform upload] field. ※”Drag and drop” is also available.
- Combine all patient datas such as STL data and DICOM data (please put all DICOM data into one file) into a single zip file, and upload it by selecting the file in [data upload] field. *Drag and drop is also available.
