This system is based on the Incognito lingual orthodontic system developed by Solventum (formerly 3M), with modifications to the material composition.

By utilizing both crown and root data, we create customized brackets and archwires with a more advanced design than ever before.

The crown data is obtain from IOS STL data The root information is obtained from CT data.

The lingual orthodontic appliance and archwires are created from digital data based on the treatment setup.

A digital transfer tray enables simultaneous placement of all brackets.
We will begin accepting new orders in Summer 2026.

Dental Crown Setup

A crown-based setup represents the traditional approach to tooth alignment.

Root-Based Setup

By integrating CBCT data, the length and orientation of the roots can be accurately visualized.
This alows tooth alignment to be planned within the bone housing,resulting in a safer and more predictable treatment plan.

Setup Check and Review

A dedicated viewer is available free of charge, alowing you to review and verify the setup before fabrication.
(A computer that meets the required system specifications is necessary to instal and use the viewer.)

Download the AIS order form, and fill in the necessary information and instructions.
Capture the completed order form and upload the file by selecting it in the [Orderform upload] field. ※"Drag and drop" is also available.
Combine all patient datas such as STL data and DICOM data (please put all DICOM data into one file) into a single zip file, and upload it by selecting the file in [data upload] field. *Drag and drop is also available.
