delivery of materials

Delivered to a dental clinic by courier

※ The impression tray will be returned when the product is delivered.

Precautions when ordering

● For the first order

A copy of a dental license is required. Please enclose a copy of your dental license.

● Impression date and CT scan date

If there is a discrepancy between the date the dental impression was taken and the date the CBCT data was taken, it may be difficult to synthesize the data. Please prepare the most recent materials for both.

Precautions regarding CT imaging

  • The extension of CBCT data is ".dcm" and ".DCM".
  • The number of DICOM files will be approximately 300 to 500. If the number is clearly small, confirmation is required. (However, there are some CT manufacturers who put hundreds of data in one file.)
  • Ideally, a single layer below the eye area should be scanned. If you don't need it all the way to the top of your head, please use one more layer.
  • Noise called artifacts can be a problem when acquiring data with a CT device.
Please pay attention to metal artifacts, motion artifacts, and other artifacts when shooting.
  • If the situation in the oral cavity changes due to tooth movement, etc., it becomes difficult to synthesize the root and crown. Please prepare the intraoral scan data and CT data as close as possible.
